What we keep, and where

Without an account

Your plan (budget, guests, checklist, salami, expenses, card) is kept in this browser’s local storage only. Nothing is sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

With an account

If you sign in, your plans are saved in DanixSoft’s shared Supabase database so they sync across your devices. One DanixSoft account works across DanixSoft products. Row-level security means only you and the family members you invite can read a plan.

Family members you invite by link can see and (unless you make them viewers) edit the plan, including the guest list and salami ledger.

RSVP pages

When you publish an RSVP page, it shows only the couple’s names, the functions with their dates, times and venues, and, on a family’s personal link, that family’s name and headcount. Guests’ answers (name, optional phone, answers, headcount, message) are saved for you and your family members to read.

Premium payments

If you pay for Premium, the payment details and the screenshot you upload are stored in DanixSoft’s billing system and checked by DanixSoft staff.

Analytics

We use DanixSoft’s own cookieless analytics (page views and clicks, no cookies, no personal data). Click text is never recorded on the planner, RSVP and account screens.

Emails

Shaadi Hisab does not send marketing or reminder emails. The only emails are the account emails (confirm address, reset password).

Deleting your data

Signed in, open your account page and choose “Delete all my Shaadi Hisab data”: every plan you own is deleted, you leave plans shared with you, and this device is cleared. You can also download your data there first.
